Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our courier service for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands has a delivery time of 1-2 business days and a fixed price of €4.50. If you place your order after 11:00 AM, please add one day. If you need to send a gift and are in a hurry, please email us at shop@omgbcn.com and we will do our best to get it to you on time. See all our shipping options here.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Of course, if you're from Barcelona or the surrounding area, we'd be delighted to have you come to our store and say hello.

What if I haven't received my order?

What if I received the wrong order or the product is damaged?
Although we carefully check everything before shipping, mistakes and accidents can happen. Please write to us at shop@omgbcn.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.

How can I pay for my purchase?
You can pay with the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, and Diners Club.
We also accept payments via Paypal.
Is it safe to buy from OMG BCN?

Can I cancel my purchase once I've made the payment?
If you've changed your mind, write to us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet left our store, we will refund the amount, including shipping, immediately.
Returns
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Of course! You have up to 14 calendar days to email us at shop@omgbcn.com and let us know you'd like to exchange or return an item. Simply send us the items you wish to return, well-wrapped and protected. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and once we receive your shipment and verify that everything is in good condition, we'll refund the full amount of the returned products using the same payment method you used for your order.
Can I make the exchange or return at one of your physical stores?
Of course! You have up to 14 calendar days to make an exchange or return at one of our physical stores .
