1. Acceptance and validity of the Terms of Sale
In accordance with the following conditions, these terms may be modified, and therefore the terms in effect on the date of acceptance will be valid and applicable to the relationship established with you. Any modification to the Terms of Sale will be notified to users through this website. Therefore, we recommend that users consult the terms in effect at the time of using OMG BCN's online services. In any case, notification will be given sufficiently in advance, and the Terms of Sale will be available for review before entering into a contract.
2. Product Description
Each product listing on the website describes its features. For additional information, please email shop@omgbcn.com.
Our product stock is limited, and although items listed on the website may appear to be in stock, they could sell out in our physical store minutes before you see them listed. In this case, we will issue a refund.
3. Price of products
The prices shown on the OMG BCN website and invoiced to the customer include VAT and applicable taxes. OMG BCN reserves the right to modify prices, items, offers, and other commercial terms without prior notice.
4. Order Cancellation
OMG BCN reserves the right to cancel orders made based on typographical or arithmetic errors, or that contain an inaccurate shipping address that may hinder the delivery of the items.
5. Delivery time
The shipping address entered during the order process (checkout) will be considered correct. OMG BCN will not be responsible for orders that do not reach their destination due to user error.
5.1. Shipments to Spain (peninsula):
Correos Express: Approximately 1-2 business days from the confirmation of payment for your order.
In-store pickup: Buy today and pick it up the next day.
Sorry, we do not ship to the Canary Islands.
All delivery times are calculated for purchases made before 5pm. For purchases made later, you will need to allow one more day.

6. Payment method
OMG BCN will accept the following forms of payment for purchases made on its portal in accordance with the conditions set out here and in the corresponding applicable regulations.
6.1. Credit card
It's the most convenient and secure way to pay. All you need is the card number, expiration date, and the security code on the back. Our credit card payment system is secure because we use a certified SSL system with a 128-bit encryption key (the highest level commercially available). We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, V Pay, and UnionPay.
6.2. Paypal
The customer will be redirected to the PayPal website, taking advantage of its secure payment platform. Once the payment process is complete, they will be redirected back to OMG BCN Shop.
Once on PayPal, you can make the payment using your PayPal account. Payments by credit card or cash on delivery are not accepted under any circumstances. PayPal may hold a small amount as a security deposit when you attempt to make a purchase with your card on the PayPal platform (usually a few cents or €1). This amount will be refunded by PayPal in approximately one month. The holding of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase will be completed.
6.3. Bank transfer
You can find our bank details in the shipping and payment section. Once we receive the transfer, the product will be shipped. Transfers from any Spanish bank usually take 3 days, and from international accounts, 7 days.

7. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will depend on weight, destination, and the option chosen.
Before making the payment you will be able to see the shipping costs.
The following conditions are established:
1. Shipments are made via courier service.
2. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, duties, or surcharges. Any taxes levied at the destination will always be the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping is understood as the delivery of the items to the address specified by the customer during the order process.
For shipments outside the EU: In some cases, shipments may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties. In most cases, these fees are collected upon delivery of the package, although you may receive a notification by mail requesting that you personally pay these fees in order to receive your package. The amount of the fees may vary depending on the weight/value of the package.
8.Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. To do so, simply notify us in writing by email to shop@omgbcn.com Please provide the necessary information to locate your purchase, and we will then inform you of the procedure to follow. OMG BCN will accept all returns made within the specified period (14 business days from the customer's receipt of the product) provided that the product is in perfect condition. Once the product is received, OMG BCN will verify its condition before processing the refund.
To meet the return deadline, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to OMG BCN (defective product or not matching the purchased reference) OMG BCN will be responsible for collecting the products and/or exchanging them for the correct one, taking responsibility for the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.
If the return is due to reasons not attributable to OMG BCN, such as changes in color, size, or other characteristics resulting from a change of mind or an error on the part of the customer when making the purchase, the customer is responsible for sending the products back to us in perfect condition without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the products. In these cases, OMG BCN will reimburse the customer for all payments received, except for shipping costs. The customer will also be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
OMG BCN will process the refund within 15 calendar days from the date we are notified of the decision to return the purchase, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction. OMG BCN reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.
9. Taxes
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
10. Order Claim
If you do not receive your shipment after the delivery time indicated above, please contact us ( shop@omgbcn.com or 93 319 43 20 from Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and we will immediately file a claim with the carrier.
If you have chosen the shipping option with Correos, they only accept claims after 15 business days from the delivery of the package to their offices for national shipments and 30 days for international shipments.
11. Registration
To process and track purchases or other customer services that may be implemented in the future, you will need to register your personal information and choose a password to access restricted areas that require prior identification. When you register on our server or place an order, your personal and address information, as well as completed and pending transactions, are added to our database and used solely to process and track your order. If you have given your explicit consent, and until you revoke it, this information will also be used to send you details about offers and services that may be of interest to you. You can modify your customer registration information (change of address, telephone number, etc.) at any time or request a password reminder if you have forgotten it.
