How long will it take to receive my order?

Our courier service for peninsula Spain and the Balearic Islands has a delivery time of 1-2 days (working days) and a fixed price of € 4.50.
If you place your order after 11 a.m., you will have to add one more day.
If you have to make a gift and you’re in a hurry, write to us at shop@omgbcn.com and we will do our best to arrive on time.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Of course, if you’re in Barcelona or surroundings, we will be happy to come to our shop and say hello as well.

What happens if I have not received my order?

What happens if I have received the wrong order or the product is in poor condition?

Although we lovingly review everything before shipping it, mistakes and accidents can happen. Please write to us at shop@omgbcn.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to give you a solution.

How I can pay for my purchase?

You can pay with the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners Club.
We also accept payments by Paypal and bank transfer.

Is it safe to buy at OMG BCN?

Of course. We work with the Redsys payment gateway.
Its security and encryption systems and protocols guarantee the encrypted sending of data. They prevent identity theft and guarantee secure payment.
We will never know your bank card details.

Can I cancel my purchase once I have made the payment?
Write to us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet left our store, we will refund the amount, including shipping, immediately.
Do you accept exchanges and returns?

Of course! You have up to 15 calendar days to write to us at shop@omgbcn.com and tell us that you want to change or return.
You just have to send us the items you want to return well wrapped and protected. The shipping costs will be on your part and as soon as we receive your shipment and we have verified that everything is in good condition, we will refund the total of the returned products through the same payment method that you used when placing your order.
