Non-EU Customers

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive the products. In case of return, please contact us through shop@omgbcn.com.

OMG BCN will accept the returns if the product is in perfect condition. OMG BCN will check the state of the product before proceeding to refund the amount. OMG BCN will reimburse all payments received, excluding shipping costs. It must also be the customer who assumes the direct cost of returning the products.

If the return is due attributable to OMG BCN (defective or mismatching product purchased reference). OMG BCN will be the responsible of collecting the products and / or exchange them for the correct. OMG BCN will take care of the costs associated with this return and / or exchange.
